Systems Biology Journal Club
Topics:
We focus on computational and experimental methods as they are applied within an iterative systems biology approach. Common topics include signaling dynamics, cell fate decisions, and cell-to-cell heterogeneity. We also discuss advancements in imaging, sequencing, and computational/analytical techniques.
Rules:
We meet at 9:00 – 10:00 am every Thursday in Boyer 554. We have a zero-tolerance policy on lateness to prevent disruptions, so please show up early (especially if you want coffee and bagels), and we end promptly before 10:00 am also. Those who would like to present should ask to do so only if they can realistically make the commitment, though we welcome anyone to attend and discuss.
